Stress

Everyone stresses.  But when you live in constant state of stress you can become so buried under it, you come to think that's "just the way thing are." Your peace of mind suffers.Your body can only take so much; constant high anxiety, adrenaline always overflowing and one day, the sh*t hits the fan - and your health suffers.

You can avoid all of this by deciding to be the eye of every storm, in every situation, until calm becomes your habit.  Chaos, ambiguity and the unknown may be inevitable parts of life but you can learn to accept and utilize what is. Easily.
