Ask and Receive

The most healing word in the English language: relax.

Easier said than done? Not anymore.

You can relax instantly and some of the best meditations I have found are simple. It just takes two steps:

Ask and Receive.

Ask and Receive is an oh-so-easy meditation technique created by Sandi Radomski and Tom Altshaffer that lets you allow into your life all that you want.

That's because all the answers you need are already present. in your subconscious; you just need to relax and unlock them.

Everything you want, is waiting for you to ask.

This simple yet profound technique, once you "get it,"  can change your life from struggle to relax. Allowing replaces effort.

My good friend and gifted energy worker, Toby Calandra, is an expert in Ask and Receive technique. Here is what Toby says:

"Ask and Receive is based on the belief that we already possess the information to overcome any obstacle or challenge.  We simply forgot how to access it.  Through Ask and Receive, you remember and tap into the deep resources of your subconscious. "

In session with Toby, you learn how to continue Ask and Receive yourself; once you understand and experience it with Toby you will learn how to say and feel each of these statements:

1.  There is a part of my being that already knows how to...(fill in what issue you want to solve)
2.  That part of my being is willing to inform the rest of me now
3.  It is doing so now with grace and ease.
4.  My mind body and spirit are receiving this information.
5.  Information transfer is now complete.

6.  I know how to…(repeat the issue)

This simple suggestion to yourself is enough to manifest results.

For instance, if you have been strugging with weight loss and healthy diet, here are the Ask and Receive statements you can say aloud:

“There is a part of my being that already knows how to…

  • Make healthy food choices
  • Feel relaxed when I’m eating
  • Heal and release all excess fat on my body
  • Heal and release all tension and stress in my body
  • Heal and release my desire for fried food (you fill in what you are challenged by)
  • Feel completely fulfilled without turning to food

Sound simple? It is. Too good to be true? Nope - just good enough.

In my experience, even people with lifelong issues from allergies to overeating to lower back pain have helped themselves with Ask and Receive.

We often host Toby Calandra at Riverflow Yoga, where she demonstrates Ask and Receive and personalizes it for you.
