Trash the Chatter

How much is too much?

Did you know that successful people watch less than an hour of TV each day...and tired people watch over 6 hours daily?

Even "educational" TV is exhausting: the "watching" of images dulls the brain.

When you're watching TV, your imagination sleeps.  After awhile, it atrophies.

What would happen if you turned off the TV... for a month?

And how about if you put all the unessential FACEBOOK chatter on SNOOZE? (They'll never know...)

If you chose to unplug, could you reconnect with yourself?

  • Might you reawaken your creativity?
  • Create more time in your day for what you WANT to do?
  • Feel amazingly productive with the time that you have?
  • Have newfound energy?

  • Commit to no TV- turn it off!
  • Sift through Facebook and SNOOZE everyone who isnt essential...that includes anyone you dont know, or who posts things that upset you in any way
  • Comment weekly on the RIVERFLOW HOT YOGA TEACHERS FACEBOOK Page about what you did instead of wathcing TV and participating in extraneous FB CHATTER; discuss anything you noticed/felt/observed/enjoyed

It's simple.  It's genius. It's visionary.

For this month you are choosing your focus,  instead of letting it choose you

And FOCUS = EMPOWERMENT
