Is there one diet for everyone? Probably not. But here's something we all have in common: we want to get healthier as a result of eating well. All evidence points to our food making us sick. Franken-foods, pesticides, additives and preservatives - now we need to read before we eat. And we may have to get our nutrients from pills instead. What about the pleasure of food? Enjoying new tastes, cooking for friends, savoring holiday meals...have you lost the joy of eating? What food challenges do you want to overcome?
