YES. In many cases, hot yoga will be great for colds and congestion and even migraines and more.

Just like we tell students: even if you lie in the room the full 90 minutes, you are doing class to the best of your ability that day and it counts.

The only reason to skip practice is FEVER. But - you must make it up next week.
