What can you change about yourself in 30 days?

Hmmmm...what would be truly life changing?

Climbing Mount Everest?  Too cold.

Sailing around the world in a schooner? I'm seasick already.

Biking across the globe? Who can take that time off from work - and then time for recovery?

How about something that will change your life in a month?

Hot yoga for 30 days...what's in it for you?

What if you could get rid of an old habit?

Like beating yourself up. Putting yourself down. Feeling bad generally and specifically.

What if you could move l closer to your dreams just by taking one small step, every day, for 30 days?

Start counting on it.

Give us 30 days and take back your life.

We're starting our largest 30 DAY HOT YOGA GROUP TRANSFORMATION: October - November 2014.

What better time to stress less, smile more, and get balanced for the holiday season...so you can actually ENJOY the holiday season.

You're a beginner, you're a newbie, you're a perfectionist...can you do this? Piece of (Christmas) cake. Read on!

Sounds crazy? All great ideas are - until they're proven Genius.

How many people have done a 30 Day Hot Yoga Transformation?

Thousands. You're in good company....

Ever since 1972 when President Nixon asked Guru Bikram Choudry to cure his phlebitis with hot yoga.

If hot yoga can make Nixon a better man, think of what it will do for you.

What will the next 30 days hold for you?

Many people think they don't have time for a 30 days of hot yoga.

I say you have the same 30 days as everyone.

Yes, youre busy.

Now imagine waking up on day 31. That day is coming whether or not you took this challenge.

Chances are you'll be the same person you are now - stressed, overwhelmed, overworked

Or you could take a chance that everything will be different.

Wondering if this is real?

Could this work for you?

Are you human? Then you qualify.

Who can do a 30 Day Hot Yoga Transformation?

Anyone. Beginners, advanced, intermediate. Passionate, unsure, skeptical.  Men, women, hermaphrodite.

Bring what you've got and start anytime, at Riverflow Yoga.

Chances are there are others starting their 30 days too.

Sometimes we start out all together. Oftentimes we set our own schedules.

And here's the beauty part: wherever you are on your journey, everyone is here to support you.

Join our Facebook GROUP, Riverflow 30 Day Transformation. Stand together and let others support you if you fall down. Watch over each other, encourage each other, root for each other.

That's what friends are for. Especially Riverflow friends.

And when the going gets tough, the hot yogis will get together and rally for you.

We'll be here to drag you across that finish line if we have to - and you'll be glad we did.

What will you feel after 30 Days?

We hear amazing storis all the time.

Here's one, from Oprah Magazine, by Paige Williams who challenged herself to 30 Days of Hot Yoga, having NEVER done hot yoga before.

Her physical results: off the medical charts.

Her emotional and mental transformation: almost beyond words (but she does explain it beautifully).

Riverflow students blog their experiences on our website. Read their stories under 30 Day Transformations and let them inspire you.

What's the Investment?

A 30 Day Hot Yoga Tranformation costs WAY less than an expedition to Mount Everest. Just $190 for 30 days of hot yoga -about $6 per class.

See, it's even financially hot.

And honestly - is there a better investment than one you make in yourself? For -your health, your peace of mind, your overall well-being.

You're worth it, baby.

Everyone you come into contact with will thank you for it.

But what counts most is that you appreciate yourself.

You'll develop a whole new way of looking at things. A gratitude attitude for stuff you took for granted before. The whole world can open up to you, in just 30 hot days.

And oh, that new body.

Ready for a whole new twist on your hot yoga?

Come in and tell us you want a 30 Day Transformation, and let us cheer you on and CELEBRATE with you through this amazing undertaking.

You know that person you always wanted to be?

In the next 30 days, you may just find out that you already are.

Planning for the things that we would like to achieve in period of time will definitely keep us on track. I have plans attending on basic yoga class and going some places where in I can effectively meditate.

Alex we'd love to have you "meditate" with us in hot yoga at Riverflow: our classes are called "a 90 minute open-eye meditation." The combination of heat, asanas, awareness and focus turns this challenging practice into a place of inner calm and peace that lasts well after the 90 minutes in the studio. Come join us!

I want to do a 30 day challenge during training, and I think it will be for the month of January. December I have far too many catering gigs that would potentially interfere with class schedule, but my big goal for the 30 day challenge: to have J do the challenge with me! I am hoping he will find the desire within himself to do so, because the therapy for his shoulder would be incredible, among many other healing benefits! Same for me, I look forward to the extra helping of healing that a 30-day challenge brings you, especially after the holidays and all their decadence :)

Your post is very motivating Grace... I want to do a 30 day challenge as well. Dec is also my busiest month so planning for Jan start seems like it would work. Kevin told me he would try hot yoga while I'm doing my training so i think it's great that J will be able to support you during a 30 dchallenge. I know I'll def need all the benefits after the holiday craziness!

Well you two Riverflow hotties....are you ready to commit as of January 1? My offer stands: a 30 Day Challenge during teacher training is on me! (if you commit and decommit, you would pay the TT special monthly price)

Thats awesome Grace and Danielle that you may take up the challenge as of Jan 1! You will truly feel amazing but i know you already know that. Grace, having J do it with you would be such an added support. Thats great Kevin will try it Danielle! He already was your partner for your video. Kudos to him!

The day i started TT was the day i started the group 30-day challenge. It was such a good feeling knowing i had the support of the others doing the challenge with me. We were accountable to eachother, which helped a great deal. I would recommend both doing it together if thats do-able. I have done the challenge alone and with the group and i have to say the group was much easier since i had the support of the others.

Once I established my routine between work, TT stuff and classes it was an amazing transformation of my overall well being and i looked forward to class everyday!

Okay my word for the week was practice... So it seems fitting that I start a 30 day challenge... So it it goes Dec7th Thur Jan 7. I know its the busiest time of year , but if I can complete this during the holiday season then I can def do it during the "not so busy" seasons

Congratulations, Becky! I know you've been longing for the way you felt when you used to practice 6 days a week consistently. Let those memories uplift you rather than frustrate you and you will be your own best friend on your next 30 days. Recently a Riverflow Yoga teacher renames it the 30 Day Celebration; I think that's better prepaving don't you?
